Maintain consistency in taste, appearance, and quality across all drinks served.

Menu Development & Innovation

Collaborate with management and culinary teams to design innovative cocktail menus aligned with seasonal ingredients, special events, and current trends.

Regularly update and refine drink recipes to keep offerings fresh and exciting for guests.

Guest Experience & Service

Provide personalized recommendations to guests based on their tastes and preferences.

Engage with customers to create a welcoming, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

Educate guests on cocktail ingredients, origins, and mixology techniques when appropriate.

Bar Management & Operations

Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and place orders to maintain adequate supply.

Maintain equipment and tools in proper working order; report maintenance needs promptly.

Team Collaboration & Training

Work closely with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen staff to coordinate smooth service.

Train junior bar staff or interns in mixology techniques, drink preparation, and service standards.

 Quality Control & Compliance

Uphold hygiene, safety, and health standards in line with local regulations.

Ensure responsible serving of alcohol, adhering to legal age restrictions and company policies.

Monitor drink quality, presentation, and portion control to minimize waste and maximize guest satisfaction.

 Event & Special Services

Prepare drinks for private events, parties, and VIP guests as needed.

Assist in planning themed or promotional drink events to boost bar revenue and brand image.

Certification in Mixology or equivalent recognized qualification

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a mixologist in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-volume bar environments

Extensive knowledge of spirits, liquors, liqueurs, cocktail methodology, and contemporary mixology techniques

Strong understanding of balance, flavor profiles, garnishing, and cocktail presentation.

Exceptional communication and guest service skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
