Job Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Brand Management
Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Lead product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market trends.
Manage the brand budget to ensure optimal ROI on marketing initiatives.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
Analyze sales data, market share, and consumer behavior to guide strategic decision-making.
Translate research insights into actionable marketing strategies that strengthen brand performance.
Product Development & Go-to-Market Execution
Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, from concept development to commercialization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, R&D, sales, and finance) to ensure successful product rollouts.
Oversee packaging design, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns for new and existing products.
Monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch and implement corrective actions as needed.
Advertising, Promotions & Digital Marketing
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store platforms.
Manage media planning and buying to ensure effective reach and engagement.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
Strengthen the company’s online presence through social media and digital marketing strategies.
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, suppliers, distributors).
Champion innovation and creativity within the marketing function.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in FMCG marketing, preferably within the beverage industry (tea, coffee, or similar).
Proven track record in brand building, product marketing, and strategic planning.
Demonstrated success in developing and launching new products in competitive markets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into strategy.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
