Job Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Brand Management
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and brand positioning.
Manage and enhance brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences in the fashion industry.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality digital content including visuals, videos, and copywriting.
Manage Google Ads, SEO/SEM strategies, and email marketing to drive online visibility and sales conversions.
Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Sales & Promotion Campaigns
Design and execute creative promotional campaigns, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to boost brand engagement.
Coordinate fashion events, launches, and pop-ups to enhance customer experience and brand awareness.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and seasonal collections.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff, photographers, designers, and social media coordinators.
Liaise with internal departments (Design, Sales, Production) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and timely campaign execution.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently and prepare monthly reports on marketing performance and ROI.
Customer Engagement & Analytics
Monitor customer feedback and online engagement to identify areas for improvement.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition and retention.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ proven experience in marketing or brand management within the fashion industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing.
Proficiency in design and marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Creative, trend-savvy, and capable of developing fresh, innovative marketing ideas for fashion brands.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
